Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Report to the administrative lead or office manager for daily updates, accomplishments, and any issues requiring attention.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and facilitating order management.
- Help coordinate team meetings and events and prepare agendas.
- Assist in order management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication.
- Handle purchasing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
- Liaise with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
