For this salaried exempt position is $60,000- $70,000 plus a performance bonus targeted at 15% of base salary, tied to individual performance and continued retention.

- 4 years of experience in sales or a high-volume customer service role.
- Proven ability to drive sales and develop strategies for market growth.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience with Google Suite and comfort with learning new technological systems; Salesforce proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the local market as needed (minimum 10%).

- Regularly connect with customers via phone, email, and in person to strengthen the relationship between the Local Community Manager, Custom Ink, and the client.
- Provide exceptional service by aligning our offerings with customer needs using various training tools.
- Maintain high standards of operation and productivity within the local market.
- Actively participate in and contribute to local commerce and networking groups.
- Enhance Custom Ink’s visibility and reputation within the community through active engagement and promotional events.
- Collaborate with neighboring markets to ensure cohesive brand representation and community involvement.
- Achievement of sales goals and strategic objectives.
- Customer satisfaction and engagement metrics.
- Effectiveness of community outreach and promotional activities.
