JOB DUTIES
- Greet customers promptly and courteously. Ask if you can help. (Very “Very” Important)
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Meet customer demands for part and accessories
- Exhibit proper telephone technique with customers
- Handle complaints in a pleasant and non-combative manner.
- Order and receive parts.
- Create work orders
- Generate invoices.

- 8 hour shift
