Product Information Management Specialist

Summary :
The "PIM" Specialist is responsible for collecting, managing, and maintaining accurate product information for our e-commerce platform. This role involves obtaining precise weights, dimensions, and other critical product details, ensuring that our online store provides accurate and comprehensive information to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Data Collection & Entry :
- Accurately record product weights, dimensions, and other specifications.
- Enter and update product data in the company's database and e-commerce platform.
Quality Assurance :
Reporting & Analysis :
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Education : High School Diploma
Experience : Previous experience in data management, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Skills :
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using data entry and management software, such as Excel or other database tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills for coordinating with various departments and external partners.
