Job Summary:
The General Manager will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, operations, marketing, and installation teams. Reporting directly to the President, this role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence, driving sales, and fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Business Operations: Oversee daily activities, enforce operational policies, and develop strategies for growth. Maintain up-to-date systems and resolve operational issues.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, optimize expenses, and enhance profitability.
- Sales Generation: Set and achieve sales targets to ensure continuous growth.
- Marketing: Collaborate on marketing strategies to expand market presence.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Security and Safety: Ensure a safe, clean work environment and promote safety awareness.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal standards and regulations.
- Human Resources: Oversee recruitment, training, and team development. Manage staff morale and company culture.

Requirements:
