Work Location: Hybrid in Malvern, PA coming into the office at least 3-days per week with Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday being the set in-office days. All subject to change.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to assist in creating strategic recruitment efforts and build a world-class talent acquisition function. This key position will be responsible for helping design and implement scalable, innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent, aligning with the company’s long-term vision and goals. As a key member of the People Experience Talent Acquistion team, the VP will collaborate across departments to ensure the company’s workforce is positioned for success in a competitive market.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to support current and future business needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations on market trends.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.
- Establish performance metrics and ensure accountability for meeting hiring goals and maintaining quality.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the Talent Acquisition function.
- Optimize the recruitment process to ensure efficiency, scalability, and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborate on the implementation of tools, technologies, and analytics to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as time-to-fill, time to hire, and quality of hire.
- Partner with business leaders to create inclusive hiring practices.
- Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Collaborate with the PX Leadership team to align recruitment strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, universities, and industry organizations.
What do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of developing and executing talent acquisition processes and strategies in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional relationship building and client management skills, with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data analytics (Workday Recruiting strongly desired).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in employer branding, and market intelligence.
- Deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
- Experience in banking or financial services industries (not insurance).
- Team first mindset, taking initiative to create efficiencies and constantly seek out ways to do more and add value for the broader People Experience Team.
Technology skills/expertise:
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word – advanced Excel and PowerPoint highly preferred.
