Job Overview:

As an automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them with their automotive service needs. You will be responsible for managing service requests, preparing estimates and ensuring that all repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of automotive repair, and a commitment to deliver outstanding customer service. We also offer a top notch pay plan!

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns and service need.

· Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow to ensure timely and efficient repairs.

· Prepare detailed repair estimates and explain recommended services to customers in a clear and understandable manner

· Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and provide accurate repair instructions.

· Keep customers informed of their vehicle’s status and any changes in the repair process.

· Review completed repairs with customers and ensure their satisfaction with the service provided.

· Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

· Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

· Keep up with mandated Manufacturer training.

Qualifications:

· High School diploma/equivalent.

· Previous experience as a Service Writer or in a similar capacity/role would be nice.

· Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures would be nice

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to explain technical issues in a way that non-technical customers can understand/relate.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must!

· Familiar with PC software and the ability to learn quickly.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

· Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Job pays annually: $48,000 to $120,000
