Join Our Team as a Service Support Coordinator!

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and self-motivated professional to join our team as a Service Support Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between our customers and service teams, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently and with care. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with multi-line phone systems is essential, and familiarity with the industrial industry is a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between the customer and the service team to ensure the need of the customers are met.
  • Compose quotes for annual service visits and emergency service visits. Follow up with the customers to ensure quotes are signed and purchase orders have been received.
  • Schedule and coordinate service visits with clients.
  • Coordinate the necessary supplies and products needed for emergency deployment service visits.
  • Work with the sales team to schedule commissioning’s for new customers.
  • Collect new customer information and ensure W-9 forms have been received and provided to accounting.
  • Review all work orders and create coordinating pick tickets to submit for payment.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records by researching and updating contact information in our database.
  • Manage the internal process for handling customer acquisitions and changes.
  • Occasionally will assist with keeping company facility supplies stocked and stored.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Exceptional Microsoft suite skills including excel and outlook calendar
  • Experience with PDF
  • Must have at least 2 years customer service experience
  • Excellent commutation skills, verbal and written
  • Immaculate attention to detail
  • Teamwork
  • Experience with project management is a plus
  • Experience with reading blueprints is a plus
  • Experience with Epicor is a plus
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting with the occasional need for walking and standing.
