Support deal origination and execution by performing financial research and analysis, evaluating investment targets, and conducting in-depth due diligence. Prepare models and memos associated with investment deals and transactions. Contribute to the development of investment committee documentation. Work with internal and external parties to assess investment targets and follow through on due diligence topics identified. Provide post-deal support, including the preparation of monitoring reports, frequent interaction with management teams and partners, and analysis to support exit strategies. Support oversight of portfolio investments and frequently communicate and interact with Limited Partners. Work on M&A transactions in the Business Services sector, including building relationships across all levels of seniority at corporates and private equity firms. Conduct Leveraged Buyout financial modeling to judge the attractiveness of potential investment targets. Perform finance, accounting, business strategy, and legal due diligence. Utilize Excel to conduct multiple analyses, including financial performance benchmarking, comparable company analyses, and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, and M&A comps). Utilize PowerPoint to create presentations to provide deep-dive overviews on potential investment targets.Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field of study, plus two (2) years of experience with working on M&A transactions in the Business Services sector, including building relationships across all levels of seniority at corporates and private equity firms; conducting Leveraged Buyout financial modeling to judge the attractiveness of potential investment targets; performing finance, accounting, business strategy, and legal due diligence; utilizing Excel to conduct multiple analyses, including financial performance benchmarking, comparable company analyses, and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, and M&A comps); and, utilizing PowerPoint to create presentations to provide deep-dive overviews on potential investment targets.Minimum Salary : 140000 Maximum Salary : 175000 Salary Unit : Yearly
