Role Description
This is an in-person contract role for an Executive Assistant at CWK Media. The Executive Assistant role involves a mix of personal assistance and social media coordination.
- Travel Planning : Arrange travel, including international and domestic trips, multi-city travel plans, and personal travel, and organize itineraries.
- Travel with clients, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination
- Calendar Management : Effectively manage calendars, including booking appointments, setting reminders for important upcoming events, and accurately entering meeting details.
- Organization : Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing client tasks, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Creative Collaboration : Work alongside the team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts while assisting in the execution of various projects.
- Social Media Research : Investigate stories for social media segments.
- Social Media Management : Oversee social media accounts, which includes content creation, editing, and posting. Capture high-quality photos and videos, and demonstrate proficiency in editing content for platforms such as TikTok and Reels.
