CyberArk is seeking a Director, Solutions Engineering to lead our Strategic customer segment. This high-impact leadership role requires a visionary and strategic leader who is passionate about growing and developing high-performing teams while driving customer success. This role will lead SE Managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, fostering strong sales partnerships, and driving impactful customer engagements.
The Director, Solutions Engineering - Strategic will be a key partner to sales leadership, guiding the Strategic Solutions Engineering team to drive business outcomes and build long-term relationships with our largest and most complex customers. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership ability to ensure the team operates at a high level while continuously advancing CyberArk’s market leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of SE Managers and Strategic Solutions Engineers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment on business goals, territory plans, and customer engagement.
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships to support your team as they work with customers in pre- or post-sales conversations and engagements.
- Act as a key escalation point for SE Managers and their teams, providing strategic guidance and support in customer engagements, proof of concepts, and presentations.
- Inspire and empower SEs to become trusted advisors, helping customers navigate complex security challenges and maximize the value of CyberArk’s solutions.
- Track and measure team performance through key metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and the delivery of exceptional results.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and other departments to align product development and messaging with customer needs.

The salary range for this position is $166,000 – $230,000 / year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
