Key Responsibilities
- Review and submit outbound Visit Requests, ensuring all information is detailed and accurate.
- Provide reports on the number of visit requests submitted on behalf of Command personnel.
- Review inbound Visit Requests, Foreign Visit Requests, and other documentation for accuracy.
- Provide reports on the number of identification badges issued and recovered.
- Review Personnel Check-in documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with T/O and billet requirements.
- Conduct personnel check-out procedures, ensuring all required actions are completed.
- Maintain files, control registers, and records to manage sensitive information for the security program.
- Document personnel suitability adjudicative determinations or recommendations in automated information systems.
- Update personnel security databases.
- Complete assigned cases within established timeframes.
- Maintain group electronic mailboxes.
- Provide daily status reports of tasks accomplished, pending, outstanding, or requiring extension.
- Minimum two (2) years of general office administrative experience, including analytical and programmatic experience in business, management, and stakeholder communications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively exchange information with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using a personal computer to access and retrieve data, with experience in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with computer-generated reports and extracting data from databases.
- Ability to read and interpret general procedural guidelines.
