Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the accounts payable team, ensuring effective performance and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee the processing of invoices and payments to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to confirm accuracy of records and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and implement accounts payable procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage vendor relationships, addressing any inquiries or issues that arise in a timely manner.
- Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting related to accounts payable activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts payable and finance management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team effectively.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
