Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to create a unified approach to revenue generation.
- Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure effective forecasting and reporting on revenue performance.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients in various sectors, including concrete, asphalt, commercial, and construction.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Provide regular updates to the executive team on revenue performance and strategic initiatives.
- Experience in the Construction, HVAC, or facilities/maintenance Sectors
- Past sales leadership in a $200mm plus facilities services business with at least 10 years of experience in sales leadership
- Proven experience as Chief Revenue Officer or in a similar leadership role
- Strong background in sales leadership and driving revenue growth.
- Experience with concrete, asphalt, paving, docks, HVAC, or maintenance industries is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Salary : $200,000 - $280,000
