We are seeking a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer to lead aggressive growth goals of the Rabine Group of companies. Our new Revenues leader will have a proven track record of managing and scaling sales teams within the facilities maintenance industry. As the CRO, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic growth plans, and ensuring the alignment of all revenue-related functions.
This relationship champion will have the opportunity to lead 11 companies in the Rabine Group. These Companies focus on regional and national services delivering excellence in asphalt and concrete paving, roller-compacted concrete, project management, consulting, parking lot assessments, commercial roofing, doors and docks, HVAC, and more.

Essential Functions
• Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
• Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's footprint.
• Customer Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and optimize sales performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure cohesive and effective revenue generation efforts.
• Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO and executive team on sales performance and revenue forecasts.
