Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Level Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This position is specifically designed for candidates who have recently completed judicial clerkships and are eager to leverage their legal expertise in a dynamic litigation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior attorneys in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial processes.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their legal needs and provide updates on case progress.
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances as required.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations in various court systems, including federal and state Supreme Courts.
- Contribute to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment that values empathy and community engagement.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Prior experience as a judicial clerk is mandatory.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
