What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate with project teams to manage project costs and execute schedules.
- Assist in creating and managing cost/schedule baseline budgets.
- Support the preparation of purchase orders and subcontracts.
- Monitor and reconcile project cost reports, enhancing cost forecasting and scheduling practices.
- Advise Project Managers on optimal job setups for effective financial performance and schedules.
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.
- Minimum 4 years of industry experience in cost control and scheduling on construction, engineering, or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in cost engineering and schedule principles.
- Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project, Primavera, and JD Edwards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
