Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with experience in demolition and general contracting to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate and supervise demolition activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee cleanup and decontamination processes as required.
• Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement quality control and assurance measures throughout the construction process.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, particularly in demolition and general contracting.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and demolition techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
