Construction Site Superintendent

Position Overview

The Construction Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects on-site. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and construction personnel to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce safety policies, including OSHA regulations.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including materials used, work completed, and any incidents on-site.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Superintendent in commercial construction projects and landscape daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Familiarity with OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 training requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
