Key Responsibilities
- Draft, revise, and finalize legal briefs, motions, and other court filings.
- Prepare detailed, well-researched complaints that align with litigation strategy and jurisdictional requirements.
- Conduct legal research to support drafting and litigation efforts.
- Collaborate with partners and litigation teams to refine legal arguments and ensure consistency and clarity in written work.
- Manage deadlines and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced, high-quality work environment.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on legal writing.
- Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work product on deadline.
- Familiarity with federal and state court rules and procedures.
- Experience with complex commercial, class action, or plaintiff-side litigation is a plus.
