Position Overview
The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with GAAP accounting standards, managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. This position plays a critical role in strategic planning and decision-making by providing insights and recommendations based on financial data.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations
- Coordinate the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Manufacturing Accounting experience
