Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and completeness by maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
- Create financial statements on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Help with the year-end and month-end closing procedures.
- Balance accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements.
- Create journal entries and keep track of the supporting paperwork
- Examine financial information and help with variance analysis.
- Support audits by supplying the required records and justifications.
- Assist with forecasting and budgeting.
- To guarantee accurate financial reporting, collaborate closely with other departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Experience in general ledger accounting or related role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
