Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and security standards.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement and manage cloud solutions using AWS.
- Provide technical support to staff and users in a timely manner.
- Plan and execute system upgrades and patches as necessary.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and best practices.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure and services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary : $75,000 - $120,000
