What You'll Do
- Retention & Lifecycle Strategy - Develop and execute strategies to increase customer retention, repeat purchases, and engagement through personalized, data-driven campaigns.
- Email, SMS & Direct Mail Campaigns - Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that enhance customer experience, increase conversions, and improve key performance metrics.
- Customer Insights & Data Analysis - Analyze customer data to extract insights, build segmentation strategies, and continuously refine retention efforts.
- Cross-Channel Collaboration - Work closely with brand, creative, web development, and performance marketing teams to align messaging and optimize customer touchpoints.
- Testing & Optimization - Implement A/B testing strategies, experiment with messaging, and refine campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- 2 years of experience in retention, email, or customer marketing, with a performance-driven focus (CPG subscription experience a plus).
- Proven track record of managing lifecycle marketing programs, driving retention, and improving key performance metrics.
- Expertise in platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify Plus, ReCharge, Direct Mail, and Rebuy (or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Proactive, scrappy, and excited to roll up your sleeves in a startup environment.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
