Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Litigation Partner to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and a proven track record of successful case management. This position offers an opportunity to lead high-profile cases, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to the growth of the firm by leveraging an established book of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on various litigation matters
• Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster business growth
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including briefs and motions
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Bar in the state of Colorado
• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience, with a focus on commercial litigation
• Demonstrated success as a defense attorney with a proven track record in court
• Strong business development skills with an established book of business
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead others
