Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Estimator with expertise in mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs and resources required for low voltage systems, including network cabling, fiber optic assembly, and copper cabling. The role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of industry standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for low voltage systems in mission-critical projects.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine material and labor requirements.
• Utilize tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, CAD, and Revit for estimate preparation and project management.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure accurate project scoping and budgeting.
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather necessary information for accurate estimation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and pricing to provide competitive estimates.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a low voltage estimator, specifically in mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of network cabling, fiber optic assembly, and copper cabling systems.
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, CAD, and Revit.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost estimation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
