- 3 years of Mass Tort experience in either QSF or a law firm
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
- Financial, insurance, or legal industry experience
- Experience managing client relationships
- Basic understanding of web development
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
- Independently manage assigned cases, often simultaneously
- Oversee case set-up and coordinate with colleagues to deliver case websites, and
- traditional and social media campaigns
- Leads claimant communication and claim review processes
- Demonstrate a full and deep understanding of each case by reviewing settlement plans and
- notice & administration plans
- Participate in and coordinate with others to draft and format claim forms, notices, and any other
- required documents
