- Provide support to the Qualified Settlement Fund ("QSF") administration team across all projects
- Analyze, interpret, prepare, and/or manipulate high volume of financial data to determine eligible payments to personal injury plaintiffs, their attorneys, and the Court
- Interface with various operating systems to track real-time data and maintain statuses
- Collaborate with technology and treasury teams to facilitate submission of tickets and payment requests
- Coordinate with the QSF team to ensure proper issuance and execution of payment submissions to attorneys, claimants, vendors, and any other necessary party
- Analyze key trends and provide insight to QSF Managers and Director on potential gaps or initiatives related to QSF data management or maintenance needed
- Maintain detailed master reconciliation per assigned project, outlining the financial story per individual plaintiff
- Assist with data entry, account ledgering, and other administrative tasks
- Uphold confidentiality and handle confidential material and information professionally
- Identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions
- Experience in NetSuite and Salesforce a plus
- Bachelor's Degree required (finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred)
- The ability to be agile and react quickly to changing priorities
- High attention to detail & administrative skills
- Deadline and SLA management experience
- Must be an independent self-starter who is also able to collaborate effectively cross-departmentally
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- A keen sense of urgency/time management relating to all duties
- Maintains a variety of specialized files and ensures confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in mass tort
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Salary commensurate with experience

Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
