Primary Responsibilities

- Address client/claimant emails or calls within one business day.
- Identify and escalate issues quickly.
- Anticipate and address client/claimant questions proactively.
- Produce high-quality, client-facing work.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle information professionally.
- Securely exchange data with external parties.
- Assist with key projects or deliverables.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
- Take ownership of outcomes and special projects.
- Respond to colleagues promptly to maintain project schedules.
- Complete required reporting and information entry on time.
- Respect personal and colleagues' time.
- Propose solutions to identified problems.
- Communicate client needs internally.
- Maintain attention to detail and produce error-free work.
- Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring successful completion.
- Remove roadblocks to task completion.
- Provide context and maintain a professional tone.
- Request assistance with humility.
- Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate OR 4 years industry experience.
- Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office proficiency).
- Juris Doctor degree OR 3 years of legal experience (mass tort settlements/personal injury).
- Basic lien resolution knowledge.
- Advanced Excel abilities (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, Power Automate, and Power BI.
