Key Responsibilities
- Hunt new business opportunities within the healthcare industry
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at national accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand account presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to meet customer needs.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- 5 years sales and business development experience
- Experience selling into Hospital IT (HIT), or the general medical field
- Technical knowledge of embedded computer hardware or related products
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with computer hardware and embedded systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Base Salary: $70K-$80K
- Commission (OTE: $150K )
