• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate settlements with insurance companies to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Legal Documentation: Draft, review, and file essential legal documents and pleadings with precision.
• Research & Compliance: Stay current on personal injury laws and regulations to provide top-notch legal guidance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years practicing Personal Injury law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and case management skills, with the ability to handle a high caseload under pressure.
• Licensing: Must be licensed to practice law in the state where our firm operates.
