What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Proven experience in engineering management, preferably in a retort plant or similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong project management skills, with a successful track record of leading complex engineering project
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the food processing industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of SAP and Industry 4.0 will be a plus.
