Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with all plumbing codes and standards.
- Develop project plans, including scheduling and resource allocation, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary changes to keep projects on track.
- Manage change orders and close-out procedures efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare and present project forecasts and reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Plumbing, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing project management, preferably in commercial settings.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proven experience in managing major projects, particularly within medical center environments is a plus.
- Excellent scheduling and forecasting skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle change orders and close-out procedures effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive Salary: $135k - $165k Annual Bonus: $15k - $30k
