We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring high-quality production standards. This role is critical in driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Develop and implement process control strategies and methodologies.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for process issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on process improvements.
- Train and mentor team members on process improvements and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
