We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing ground-up projects and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate communication and project progression.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of ground-up construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Salary : $120,000 - $155,000
