Position Overview
The Property Coordinator is responsible for supporting the management of commercial properties by overseeing daily operations, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. This role requires effective communication and organizational skills to maintain property standards and manage utility services efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive general administrative duties to guarantee the smooth operation of the corporate office, such as organizing and keeping office supplies, handling mail, helping to coordinate vendor services, and/or providing support to the on-site management office.
- Assist investors, tenants, and vendors with issues and make sure their needs are satisfied.
- Help property managers with utility setups for recently purchased properties, tenant billbacks, utility transfers, and utility payments
- Recieve invoices from the websites of vendors, upload them to YARDI, and code them for processing.
- Help managers with the correct setup and uploading of purchase orders, lien releases, and support payment tracking records.
- As needed, draft and disseminate letters, notices, and other correspondence.
- Assist managers track rent payments from tenants, create follow-ups for delinquencies, and help the property manager collect unpaid accounts receivable.
- Participate in special projects and assist withthe due diligence process when buying or selling real estate by obtaining the required paperwork and information.
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Accounting, FinanceBusiness Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in property coordination or commercial property management.
- Yardi Voyager experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build positive relationships with tenants and vendors.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
