Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of industrial projects in the oil and gas sector.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Utilize project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project and Bluebeam to track progress and report on project status.
- Coordinate with engineers and design teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout all project phases.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in project management within the industrial sector, specifically oil and gas, petrochemical, primary metals, chemical and pulp and paper.
- Professional Engineer (PE) designation is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of heavy industrial processes and project execution.
- Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project, Navisworks Freedom) and CAD tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on client interaction and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
