Job Title: Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Georgetown, TX (On-site Position)

Salary: $20 - $22 per hour

Requirements: 5 years of account payable experience / Strong ability to accurately post invoices / Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications / Previous experience with ERP and accounting software

What You Will Be Doing

• Accurately post vendor invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and free of discrepancies
• Routinely monitor unvouchered receipts and post invoices in a timely and precise manner
• Work cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders
• Process credit memos when applicable
• Gather documentation and required paperwork needed in auditing process
• Perform additional administrative duties to support business line
  
  

What You Need For This Position

• 5 years of account payable experience
• Strong ability to accurately post invoices
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience with ERP and accounting software
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Reliable, team-first mentality
