Sr. Test Engineer - ATEPosition Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Test Engineer - ATE to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing automated test solutions for semiconductor devices using Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
