Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and labor forces on site to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain safety training programs to uphold a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders during the pre-construction phase to ensure all plans are feasible and efficient.
- Review and ensure quality assurance processes are followed throughout the construction phases.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling and management techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise in safety training and compliance standards.
- Experience with quality assurance practices in construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
