Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and helpdesk software.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to provide effective solutions.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and other systems.
- Document support interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement system improvements and upgrades.
- Assist in the deployment of new software and hardware solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to users on IT best practices and applications.
- Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of IT support practices and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
