ERG Project Manager - Hybrid

Job Description :

As an ERG Project Manager, you will manage the company's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and networking communities to strengthen programs and maximize their impact. This role focuses on planning and implementing ERG initiatives, events, and partnerships while fostering an inclusive workplace. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-oriented, and a strong collaborator with a proactive mindset. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, DEI & Culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and guide ERGs and leadership teams, ensuring alignment with charters and business goals.
• Manage ERG initiatives and events, handling operational, logistical, and administrative activities from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance ERG communications, amplify events, and increase visibility.
• Develop and refine ERG processes, creating resources, toolkits, and guides for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Support recruiting campaigns by integrating ERG programs into talent acquisition strategies.
• Organize and maintain ERG content, including event materials and communication resources, to build an accessible knowledge repository.
• Partner with external organizations to incorporate industry best practices into ERG programs.
• Track program goals, update project tracking systems, and generate reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular meetings with ERG leadership and members to align on priorities and build relationships.
• Assist emerging networking groups in forming charters and developing goals toward official ERG recognition.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00 / hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
