You will manage all aspects of the project life cycle, ensure high-caliber deliverables, and work closely with stakeholders and team members to meet strategic goals and drive execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, plan, and deliver multiple strategic initiatives across business, operational, and IT deliverables
- Ensure high-quality results with clearly articulated scope and measurable business benefits
- Manage large-scale, complex projects involving multiple partners and constituents
- Oversee all phases of project life cycle and rigorously manage scope, timelines, and budgets
- Validate financial forecasts and track resources, ensuring accurate capacity planning
- Define and track project milestones, maintaining integrated delivery plans
- Manage project risks and issues and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders
- Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to support Agile development practices
- Foster strong team relationships and facilitate conflict resolution
- Mentor and guide team members, helping to remove roadblocks and drive project success
- 8 years of experience managing large, complex, cross-functional projects, focusing on technical and system environments
- Proven experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and others
- Strong financial management skills, with experience handling project budgets over $3M
- Ability to communicate effectively with officer-level audiences and stakeholders
- Expertise in various software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and SAFe
- Proven track record of building trust, mobilizing teams, and delivering results in ambiguous environments
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Strongly preferred experience in scaled agile methodologies
- Background in contact center technology (phone/IVR, chat, SMS)
- Financial services industry experience is a plus
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification
