As a Salesforce Technical Development Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of an Incident Management System (IMS) within the Client's Salesforce enterprise org. This system will track incidents such as helpdesk tickets and sentinel events, ensuring secure, HIPAA-compliant data input and reporting. The role includes developing data feeds to integrate the IMS with the Client's Enterprise Business Solution (EBI), enabling comprehensive data analysis.

As a Salesforce Technical Development Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of an Incident Management System (IMS) within the Client's Salesforce enterprise org. This system will track incidents such as helpdesk tickets and sentinel events, ensuring secure, HIPAA-compliant data input and reporting. The role includes developing data feeds to integrate the IMS with the Client's Enterprise Business Solution (EBI), enabling comprehensive data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple programming activities adhering to the SDLC process and Agile best practices while ensuring high-quality customer service and teamwork.
- Leverage Salesforce Public Sector Solutions for configuration and customization to meet business requirements.
- Design, document, and review functional and system specifications, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Ensure adherence to the Salesforce Public Sector data model and maintain project scope integrity.
- Manage project timelines, team capacity, and resolve issues to ensure delivery within agreed deadlines.
- Review project estimates for accuracy and support the delivery of contractual obligations for service and performance.
- Perform analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation tasks, and assist team members with development challenges.
- Develop complex workflows, APEX code, Visual Force pages, Lightning components, and use Salesforce APIs for integration with legacy systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams for cross-system integration and perform code reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Manage platform configurations, create reports and dashboards, and handle data management.
- Refine the Salesforce application backlog and recommend process improvements.
- Work with Salesforce administrators on release cycles and deployments, aligning with coding standards and test-driven development practices.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the application teams and oversee the resolution of production issues.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce development projects using the Public Sector Solutions data model.
- Expertise in APEX development, Lightning components, Visual Force, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems, including legacy platforms.
- Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and multiple teams simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, test-driven development, and low-code solutions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in code reviews and project management.
