As a System Administrator/Product Specialist, you will manage Windows server administration, ensuring optimal performance and availability for application teams and end users. You will provide expert support and troubleshooting for complex issues, evaluate and recommend technical solutions, and collaborate with various technical teams to enhance system performance. Your role will include server sizing, configuration, and capacity planning, along with monitoring and managing updates for server hardware. You will participate in product design reviews and document all system changes, providing timely and effective support to users as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for enterprise-wide systems
- Lead product implementations in compliance with standards
- Provide technical expertise for applications involving national security
- Design and support industry-specific applications requiring integration
- Collaborate with business users and technical experts on system support
- Develop and deliver technical training and documentation
- Identify improvements to project standards for high-quality deliverables
- Provide accurate estimates for design and programming efforts
- Monitor and manage updates and upgrades for server hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
- Document system changes and maintain accurate records
- Communicate status updates and collaborate with team members
- 5 years of experience in MS Windows Server administration
- 5 years of experience in Microsoft IIS configuration and support
- 5 years of experience supporting HTTP Server/Apache
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Active Directory and TCP/IP networking is preferred
