Job Description :
As a Business Analyst, you will work within an agile environment to support the design and development of the Client's Enterprise Portal system, Enterprise Single Sign-On system, and other enterprise features requiring user interaction. This role involves defining user requirements, creating mock-ups, testing solutions, and addressing production issues to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Write and track user stories and requirements to guide development.
- Create user interface mock-ups and design layouts to support system functionality.
- Conduct testing and validate solutions against business needs.
- Provide support for production issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with IT developers and other teams to design and enhance enterprise features.
- Document business processes, workflows, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze data gathered through interviews, surveys, and observations to interpret requirements.
- Develop storyboards, wireframes, system flows, and business rules.
- Support end-users through training and user assistance.
- Ensure compliance with structured SDLC methodologies and practices.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies :
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00 / hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
