Job Description :
As an HR Business Process Management and Re-Engineering Analyst, you will work closely with business users and IT teams to analyze, design, and implement process improvements within the ERP environment. This role involves documenting requirements, supporting application customizations, and ensuring compatibility with HR workflows and business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs, propose solutions, and draft functional specifications.
- Partner with business users and IT to identify customizations and enhancements for ERP systems, ensuring stability and functionality.
- Analyze and document business processes and requirements, focusing on improvements and optimizations.
- Support product customizations, modifications, and related consulting and training activities for Infor applications and third-party tools.
- Serve as a business representative to verify compatibility of planned Infor changes with department workflows and requirements.
- Research and recommend solutions using the Infor support portal and community resources, presenting findings to IT and business SMEs.
- Create and deliver ad hoc reports and provide formal or informal training to department users as required.
- Assist in planning data migrations, cleansing, and validation activities.
- Develop process improvements specific to HR areas such as payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, training, and workforce management.
- Manage HR-related Infor applications, including Global Human Resource (GHR), Human Resource Talent Application (HRT), Talent Acquisition, Transition Management, and Compensation Management.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies :
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $70.00 / hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
