Job Title: Business Process Management and Re-Engineering Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Management and Re-Engineering Analyst with a specialized background in Government Supply Chain and Workforce Management. The ideal candidate must have direct experience working in a similar role within the government sector and possess in-depth knowledge of INFOR ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:-
Collaborate with department stakeholders to understand business needs and propose effective solutions.

Draft functional solution specifications and work closely with business users and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with INFOR ERP.

Identify and document business processes, customizations, and required modifications to support a stable ERP environment.

Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure INFOR ERP changes align with department workflows.

Conduct investigations and research solutions using the INFOR support portal and community, providing findings to IT and business SMEs.

Support product customizations, modifications, and provide consulting/training on INFOR applications and third-party technologies.

Develop and deliver ad-hoc and formal application training for department users.

Assist in data migration, data cleansing, and validation processes.

Create and maintain ad-hoc reports as needed.

Proven experience in both Government Supply Chain and Workforce Management, including:

Purchasing (Goods and Services)

Vendor Management
-
Time and Attendance
-
Staff Scheduling and Acuity Scheduling

Experience working in a similar role within the government sector (mandatory).

Hands-on expertise with INFOR ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and workflow optimization.

Strong analytical, investigative, and documentation skills.

Ability to develop reports and conduct business process analysis.

Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in providing training and support for ERP system users.
