Must Have:
Must have 3-5 Years of Packaging Supervisor Experience in a Pharmaceutical Background.
Must have 3 Years of experience in cGMP.
Need Shifts & Control maintenance
Need to have leadership skills.
Need to have experience in SOP, Documentation & Batch Records
Need to have a Minimum of High School Diploma & Bachelors Degree is Preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily packaging operations at our facility in Fall River, MA. The Packaging Supervisor will lead a team of packaging staff, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and manage the efficient flow of packaging processes. This role requires a strong understanding of packaging systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment, with at least 3 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of packaging equipment, materials, and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.

Preferred:

• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging industries.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement certifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
