We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Services Operations Director to oversee and optimize the operations of our digital marketing services. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, leading a dynamic team, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
This role will be expected to provide leadership, mentoring and management supporting organizational structure to ensure your teams continued growth, success and personal development. You will work closely with the Founder.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Working with Founder to lead the path forward toward achieving the 2025 strategic plan’s goals.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Leads staff onboarding. Lead QBR meetings and project status meetings.
Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Provide direction and supervision on traffic and production to keep workload prioritized and balanced; ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the agency
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing operations and track progress against these metrics.
Resource Allocation: Ensures time tracking adherence and monitors utilization against goals. Manage resources effectively to support the delivery of multiple projects and campaigns.
Budget Creation Help to develop client budgets for digital marketing services ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
Project Management Tool Management Administration: Ownership of Click-up and establishing proper processes with the team.
Technology: Research, evaluate, train and implement best in-class digital marketing technology solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as sales, to align operational goals with overall company objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Agency experience
5 years of experience in digital marketing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
Proven track record of managing small teams
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
